Standard Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return items purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate your return: Contact our customer service team at centralinfo@ophirwaves.com or through our online returns portal within 30 days of delivery
- Receive return authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
- Package your return: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship your return: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions
- Track your refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Information
- The original payment method will be refunded for the purchase price
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide photos of the damage or a description of the defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our standard return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time to process
- If the refund is still not reflected, contact our customer service team
